The club’s brand, not ours
Every member surface is white-labelled. A member should never need to know what MemberOne is.
A South African platform for member-based communities. We started with golf because golf clubs have the hardest version of the problem.
Why we built it
Your club knows your member number, your category, your handicap and what you spend. That knowledge sits across a booking system, a database, a till and somebody’s inbox — which is why you still queue at the pro shop to pay for a round you booked online three days ago.
MemberOne collapses it into one member record with one ledger behind it. The member gets one app. The club gets one portal.
We are deliberately unglamorous about the order of work: the ledger came before the interface. A member wallet is a promise, and a promise about money is worth exactly what the accounting behind it is worth.
Members see their club. The club sees its members. We are the part in between, and we would rather nobody noticed us.— The design brief we keep coming back to
What we believe
Every member surface is white-labelled. A member should never need to know what MemberOne is.
Card details never touch our systems, every movement lands in one ledger, and the club is settled within a day.
Data exports on request and on exit. We would rather earn the renewal than engineer the exit out of existence.
Local payment rails, local currency, local data residency, POPIA taken seriously.
How we work
Each club gets a proper onboarding rather than a login and a manual. A club is not a software rollout — it is a Saturday morning that has to work.
In practice: the configuration is built around your rules rather than ours, a small group runs live before the club-wide launch, and the people who build the platform are the people who answer the phone on a Saturday. It also means your club has real influence over what gets built next.
The platform
Not a prospectus — this is what is built, deployed and in use.
Bookings, wallet, member pricing, digital card, competitions, notices and course status — in each club’s branding.
Member top-ups and club payouts are live on both sides, with the club settled within a day.
Members keep score hole by hole, so results no longer wait on paper cards.
Whether you are a member who wants MemberOne at your club or a manager sizing it up, start here.
