Your membership record belongs to your club. We process it to run the platform on the club’s behalf — nothing more. We do not sell member data, and we do not market other companies’ products to you.
Card details are handled by the payment gateway using hosted checkout, so full card numbers never reach MemberOne or your club.

Member questions
Before you sign up
My club isn’t on MemberOne yet.
Accounts open against a live club, so not yet. Mention it to your club manager or a committee member, or send us the club’s name and we will approach them.
How do I add it to my home screen?
On iPhone, tap Share then ‘Add to Home Screen’. On Android, tap the browser menu then ‘Install app’. It then opens full-screen with its own icon and updates itself.
Do I have to keep money in the wallet?
No. Top up per round if you prefer, and you pay nothing for your own green fee. The wallet exists so guest fees, carts and the pro shop stop being separate card transactions.
What happens if I cancel a booking?
Inside your club’s cancellation window the amount returns to your wallet immediately, with a refund line on your statement. Outside it, your club’s policy applies. Our refunds and returns policy has the detail.
Is my handicap the official one?
It is shown as your club holds it. The club and the handicapping system stay the source of truth — MemberOne displays your index, it does not calculate it.
Can my partner or my children use it?
Anyone with their own membership record and email address can have their own account. Ask your club about household and dependent memberships.
What if I lose my phone?
There is no password to steal, and signing in needs a code sent to your email. Sign in on a new device and everything is there. Tell your club if you suspect access and they can suspend the wallet.
